We’ve looked high and low for a chart that shows BOTH effectiveness (how well it prevents pregnancy) AND safety, especially for the serious and life-threatening risks of blood clots. We found none!
So we had to create one ourselves.
Remember that all the barrier methods, fertility awareness methods and other non-hormonal methods are actually the safest methods but they are less effective for preventing pregnancy.
